During my junior year of college in 2019, I had an insightful interview with Victor Pisano about leadership. He explained that teams succeed when multiple types of leaders step up. I believe there are three essential kinds of leaders every team needs: the vocal leader, the lead-by-example leader, and the positive leader. These roles, combined with each player’s unique efforts, create a winning team dynamic.
