Fueled by the Brick Mentality
The Hobart High School Brickies softball program is a shining example of how tradition, toughness, and team unity build winners. Led by Head Coach Josh Coons, the Brickies are fresh off a 2024 IHSAA Sectional Championship and are in this season with one goal in mind: do it again—and go further. With a dynamic roster, an intense off-season strength program, and a community that rallies behind them, the Brickies are setting the standard for what it means to compete with pride, purpose, and passion.
The success of the Hobart program is no accident. It is the product of years of disciplined training, leadership, and a shared commitment to excellence. These student-athletes know the expectations are high, but they embrace that pressure as a privilege and opportunity.
