Class of 2028 All-Region Outfielders by Region
The Extra Inning Softball Rankings Committee makes selections following the review and evaluation of nominations submitted by coaches. Primary factors used when determining player placement include the following:
- data/stats
- strength of schedule
- tournaments attended
- top opponents played against
- whether a player plays up
- coach and regional leadership recommendations

Nominations for the Class of 2025 All-Region and Extra Elite 100, open on July 26 and close August 23, 2024.
