Extra Inning Softball (EIS) is proud to announce the official launch schedule for its Class of 2030 National Rankings, kicking off September 21. This cycle marks the next chapter in national athlete evaluation, ranking more athletes than any class before it and bringing the biggest lineup of updates the organization has introduced to date.
Leading the list of upgrades: the brand-new MyEIS360™ athlete profile, a free player hub bundled into membership and a first-of-its-kind 5-Star Rating System that runs alongside each athlete’s numerical ranking. Verification standards are tighter than ever, too.
At the core of it all is Extra Inning Softball’s signature SERV™ Methodology, which guarantees every nominated athlete receives a distinct regional ranking — no ties, ever — with top performers also considered for national recognition.
For the first time, every ranking will also be posted to EIS’s new national leaderboard, where each athlete’s bio, photo, ranking number, and 5-Star placement will be visible in one place for coaches, families, and fans to browse. What Is the MyEIS360 Athlete Profile?
The MyEIS360™ athlete profile is an all-in-one digital hub that gives every athlete a single, central place to put their softball journey on display for coaches, recruiters, and evaluators across the country.
No more scattered links and mismatched folders — video, stats, and background info that used to live across a handful of different platforms now sit in one easy-to-share profile, giving a true 360-degree look at who an athlete is, both as a player and as a person.
Best of all, every Extra Inning Softball ranking automatically ties into the athlete’s profile, along with any articles she’s been featured in.
Class of 2030 athletes and parents can build and edit the profile themselves, filling it in with performance snapshots, a media vault for video, full rankings history, achievements, recruiting information, a shareable link, and more.
To request your MyEIS360™ athlete profile, log into your EIS account and navigate to Request MyEIS360 — we’ll tie your membership directly to your athlete’s profile.
Creating a profile is free for EIS members, and anyone can view one once it’s published — so college coaches and recruiting staff nationwide can pull up an athlete’s information at no cost, making it easier than ever for talent to get discovered and evaluated fairly.

Every Athlete Gets a Star Rating Too ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
New this cycle: a 5-Star Rating attached to every ranked athlete, on top of their numerical placement. It’s designed to give a faster, clearer snapshot of where a player stands and where their ceiling might be. These ratings will also live on a new interactive leaderboard, so coaches, programs, and families can browse standout players nationwide without digging through spreadsheets.
Why the Rankings Hold Up
Extra Inning Softball’s Class of 2030 rankings are built on verified performance and long-term tracking — not guesswork. A competing rankings outlet recently published its Class of 2030 Top 100 with 605 athletes tied for spots, including 100 athletes tied for the top 10 alone. Extra Inning Softball doesn’t do ties: every athlete earns their own individual placement through the SERV™ process.
“Our philosophy has always been that athletes deserve an honest evaluation,” said Holland. “Every ranking represents months of research, discussion, verification, and collaboration. We do not publish tied rankings because every athlete earns an individual placement through our evaluation process.”
