Stephanie DeFeo, head softball coach at the University of West Alabama, has made waves in the recruiting world. Since joining the UWA staff in 2022 after eight seasons at Mercer University, she has quickly transformed the Tigers into a national contender. In just three seasons, DeFeo has led her team to 103 wins, including a record-setting 41-win season in 2023—the program’s highest since 2008.
