Emma French, a 2025 graduate and standout middle infielder for the California Grapettes 18 Gold Merrida, has faced one of the most challenging obstacles in her softball career: a stress reaction of her right navicular bone and a stress fracture of her third metatarsal. Despite this significant setback, her determination and commitment to recovery exemplify the resilience that defines athletes at the highest level.
