When Softball Paused, Faith Stepped In
When Olivia Laymance felt a subtle pain in her left wrist three weeks ago, she shrugged it off. The discomfort only came when she rotated her wrist, so she powered through and competed again the next weekend.
But by the time her changeup and screwball started triggering sharper pain, Laymance knew something wasn’t right.
