After months of evaluation, recognition and anticipation, Extra Inning Softball has reached the final stage of the Class of 2026 Division Watchlist Series—and today, the top athletes officially take their place at No. 1.
Following the release of the Division Top 25 and Division Top 5 Watchlists, Extra Inning Softball is proud to unveil the No. 1 Player in each collegiate division, recognizing the highest-ranked committed athletes across NAIA/NCCAA, JUCO, Division III, Division II, Mid-Major and Power 4 programs.

Next up, the Class of 2030 National Rankings will be released throughout September, giving another talented class its opportunity to step into the national spotlight. Then, on September 4, nominations officially open for the Class of 2028 National Rankings, beginning another nationwide search for the top athletes in the country.
