Hitting Key #5

I enjoy biking and have participated in RAGBRAI, the annual summer ride across the beautiful state of Iowa. Each day brings new challenges, including plenty of steep hills to climb. On one particularly difficult ride, I noticed a series of hills lined up down the road, each rising at a consistent angle. It struck me that these hills were a perfect visual representation of the ideal swing path for hitters—an analogy I now use to describe the fifth and final key to an effective swing.
