Lady Dukes NY 18U Gold, based out of The Hudson Valley in New York, isn’t just another high-performing travel team—it’s a testament to what happens when long-term commitment meets elite player development. Based in Marlboro, New York, this tight-knit group has been playing together since 10U, and under the guidance of Head Coach, Ray Castellani, they’ve grown into one of the Northeast’s most successful showcase squads.
With a 37-5 record this season and three more players on the brink of committing to college programs, the team’s legacy is being written in real time. But at its heart, this is a story about more than wins—it’s about sisterhood, grit, and preparing young women for the next stage in life.
