Extra Inning Softball Hitter of the Week: Laney Tucker
Laney Tucker, a multi-sport athlete from Oakboro, has been recognized as the Extra Inning Softball Hitter of the Week for her exceptional performance both at the plate and in the field. Tucker, a member of Team NC Taylor, proved to be a critical asset in her team’s success at the prestigious PGF Super Select Kentucky Chrome Invitational, where her team emerged victorious in the 14U Platinum Division. Tucker’s performance over the course of seven games solidified her reputation as one of the most versatile and impactful players in her age group.
