Selena Collins-Patterson, CEO and Chairman of the Atlanta Vipers Fastpitch Organization, brought her wealth of experience as a former Texas A&M standout and USA National Team member to the discussion. Ashlie Rowley – Colorado Softball Academy Leader
Ashlie Rowley, a former Florida Gators catcher, discussed her innovative approach at the Colorado Softball Academy, where the focus is on training the whole athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Rowley’s philosophy is about leaving the sport better than she found it, creating opportunities for female athletes while fostering self-confidence and leadership. Taylor Caton – Memphis Signee – Ranked #84 Extra Elite 100 Infielder for Class of 2025
Taylor Caton, a Class of 2025 Memphis softball commit, shared her journey as a multi-sport athlete and her deep gratitude for the opportunities she’s had. A gold medalist with Team Canada and a two-time 6A Player of the Year, Caton reflected on the importance of trusting the process and staying thankful for every step of the journey. Beyond her athletic success, she’s a leader in her community, spearheading service projects and mentoring young players.
