The Extra Elite Eighty 16U Club Rankings were recently released and TLI will be taking a look at the teams that made the top 80 for the next few weeks.
Today the spotlight is on …

Extra Elite Eighty 16U Ranking: T-68
Head Coach: Ted Holloway and Cesar Contreras
2020 Summer Record: They went 17-6-1 with notable wins over Firecrackers Brashear, Utah Fastpitch and Athletics Mercado.
2020 Fall record: They went 43-16-3 with quality wins over Glory Adkins Gold, Illusions Premier, Texas Bombers-Peters, AASA-Pikas, OC Batbusters-Lara/Portesi and Lil Rebels-Gordie.
The Roster:
- Claire Streeter (2022, P, throws in 62-63 range with curve, screw, rise and had 248 Ks in 125 IP)
- Kendall Holloway (2022, 2B, a MIF/OF with flexibilty and good speed)
- Rylee White (2023, OF, amazing tracking fly balls and extremely consistent)
- Bailey Gertsch (2022, P, dynamic in the circle with six effective pitches and great offspeed stuff)
- Francesca Villaneda (2022, 3B, quick hands and glove with middle lineup power)
- Savanna Gastigar (2023, CF, the total package of speed and power and leads the team in HRs and SBs)
- Destiny Contreras (2023, 1B, great approach at the plate and tons of power)
- Isabella Calero (2022, P, a lefty with plus-plus spin rate)
- Kate Brunner (2022, UT, plays multiple positions efficiently and a .400-plus hitter)
- Sarah Perez (2023, SS, a slapper that is a complete athlete with a high softball IQ)
- Madison Lourenco (2022, C, a C, OF, power hitter … the complete package)
- Jordan Hughes (2023, 3B, high confidence and works extremely hard)
- Cynthia Carrillo (2022, OF, a complete athlete that tracks the ball well and is a .400-plus hitter)
- Amanda Marrufo (2023, OF, all about speed and work ethic)
- Bella Estrada (2025, P, a regiment that includes 2,000 swings month;y)
- Audrey Cho (2022, C, high softball IQ, leader on and off the field and team captain)
- Isabella Scozzola (2022, C, ability to play multiple positions and no one works harder)
