Voices From the Field: Jayden Heavener, Jada Phillips and Destiny Harris

Jayden Heavener, a utility pitcher, showcased her versatility on the mound for Pace High School. Jada Phillips, a utility catcher, demonstrated her adaptability behind the plate at Braden River High School. Destiny Harris patrols the outfield with finesse, set to join LSU under the guidance of Coach Beth Torina.
Heavener, recently named the 2024 Florida Gatorade Player of the Year. Phillips was awarded the NSCA All-American Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year, and Harris was ranked by Extra Inning Softball as a Top 3 outfielder in the class of 2024.
