2025 Extra Impact Ambassadors
Extra Inning Softball is proud to introduce our newest class of Extra Impact Ambassadors — a group of extraordinary young women who continue to raise the bar for leadership, confidence, and community within fastpitch softball. These athletes represent what it means to inspire through action both on and off the field, serving as role models for the next generation.
The Extra Impact Ambassador Program was created to empower softball players to use their voices, build personal brands, and make a lasting difference in the sport they love. Open to all EIS members participating in travel softball, the program combines mentorship, leadership training, and media experience to help athletes grow far beyond the game itself.
Throughout the year, our ambassadors will share their journeys, highlight those who inspire them, and help lead conversations that shape the culture of softball. From features and interviews to advocacy and creative projects, each ambassador is part of something bigger — a community built on purpose, positivity, and passion.
1-Star Ambassadors
Our 1-Star Ambassadors are first-year participants stepping into their role with excitement and ambition. They bring fresh perspectives, positive energy, and a willingness to learn and lead. These athletes will take part in creative storytelling challenges, media features, and community engagement opportunities that help them build confidence and strengthen their voice.
Their mission? To represent the heart of the game — players who play hard, dream big, and lift others along the way.
2-Star Ambassadors
Our 2-Star Ambassadors return for a second year in the program, continuing their journey of growth and leadership. These athletes have already proven their commitment to using their platform for good — and now, they’ll take things a step further.
They’ll mentor first-year ambassadors, collaborate with the EIS team on editorial and social content, and continue setting the example for what it means to lead with integrity, confidence, and impact. The 2-Star Ambassadors are the voices shaping the standard — and the future — of fastpitch softball.
