Extra Inning Softball has officially opened nominations for its Class of 2031 National Rankings, launching the next national evaluation cycle with a series of upgrades designed to give athletes more visibility than ever.
This cycle features the MyEIS360™ athlete profile, a free, all-in-one player hub included with membership; a new 5-Star Rating System paired with every athlete’s national ranking; stronger verification standards; and the continued use of Extra Inning Softball’s proprietary SERV™ Methodology which ensures every athlete receives an individual ranking with no ties.
Coaches, parents, and organizations may submit nominations now, with the window open through November 9, 2026. Nominate HERE
For Class of 2031 athletes, the MyEIS360™ profile adds another layer of exposure during the nomination process. Available to existing softball members and completely free to view, the profile gives college coaches a single place to see an athlete’s schedule, achievements, video, and rankings. More details can be found below.
What Is the MyEIS360 Athlete Profile?
The MyEIS360™athlete profile brings an athlete’s entire softball story together in one place, giving coaches, recruiters, and evaluators across the country a clear, complete look at every player.
Instead of piecing together stats from one site, video from another, and background details from a third, families can now point coaches to a single, shareable profile that captures the full picture of who an athlete is, both on and off the field.
Athletes and parents control the content themselves, with the ability to update performance snapshots, upload video to their Media Vault, track rankings history, highlight achievements, share recruiting information, and send their profile anywhere with a single link, along with much more.
Creating a MyEIS360™ profile is free for EIS members, and once a profile is live, anyone can view it. That means college coaches and recruiting staff nationwide can review an athlete’s information without paying a thing, opening the door for more players to be found and evaluated on their merits.

A Stronger, More Transparent Evaluation Process
MyEIS360™ is just one piece of a wider set of improvements to the Class of 2031 nomination and evaluation process. Each of this cycle’s upgrades is built to expand athlete visibility, strengthen recognition, and put players at the center of the experience, with the MyEIS360™ athlete profile leading the way.
“Each new cycle gives us a chance to make the nomination and evaluation process easier to access and even more accurate,” said Extra Inning Softball CEO Bonnie Holland. “MyEIS360™ gives athletes a modern, free way to introduce themselves to the softball community, and it works hand in hand with our ongoing commitment to a national rankings process that reflects real performance and character, on the field and off it.”
5-Star Rating System
The way athletes are evaluated is taking a major step forward this cycle with the introduction of Extra Inning Softball’s 5-Star Rating System.
Every ranked athlete will receive a 5-Star Rating in addition to her national numerical ranking. Together, the two give coaches, families, and evaluators a sharper sense of where a player stands today and how much room she has to grow.
These rankings will also be featured on Extra Inning Softball’s new interactive leaderboard for the first time, making it easy for college coaches, travel organizations, families, and fans to explore and keep tabs on top athletes from across the country.
Stronger Verification Standards
This cycle introduces a new requirement aimed at protecting the integrity of the rankings: every nomination must now be backed by verified performance data.
When submitting a nomination, nominators are required to include screenshots from GameChanger, AGL, or another trusted statistics platform. With that data in hand, the Rankings Committee can review each athlete’s numbers directly, so every nomination is measured against the same consistent standard. View our Nomination Criteria.
Every Ranking Earned, No Ties Allowed
Extra Inning Softball’s evaluation process stands apart for its focus on verified performance, long-term player development, and the ability to compete at the national level.
While another rankings company recently released a Class of 2030 Top 100 that included 605 tied athletes, Extra Inning Softball does not award shared spots. Through its proprietary SERV™ Methodology and complete evaluation process, each athlete receives her own individual national placement.
“We’ve always believed athletes deserve an honest evaluation,” Holland said. “Each ranking is the product of months of research, discussion, verification, and collaboration. Every athlete earns her own spot through our process, which is why you’ll never see tied rankings from us.”
Built on Credibility
Extra Inning Softball continues to set itself apart through a rigorous evaluation process built around verified performance, long-term development, and national competitiveness.
“Our philosophy has always been that athletes deserve an honest evaluation,” said Holland. “Every ranking represents months of research, discussion, verification, and collaboration. We do not publish tied rankings because every athlete earns an individual placement through our evaluation process.”
The evaluation process is guided by Extra Inning Softball’s proprietary SERV™ Methodology, which includes:
(S) Software — Organizing and analyzing nomination data through proprietary technology.
(E) Evaluate — Comprehensive review conducted by the National Rankings Committee.
(R) Research — Tournament evaluations, performance history, statistics, schedules, and athlete development.
(V) Verify — Cross-checking information through verified statistics, Region Leaders, trusted coach feedback, and multiple layers of review.
Combined with regional expertise, and committee collaboration, the SERV™ Methodology helps ensure every nomination receives a consistent, objective evaluation.
Better Nominations Start With Teamwork
Parents can submit nominations on their own, but Extra Inning Softball highly recommends that families partner with their athlete’s coach whenever they can. Coaches typically have the clearest view of a player’s statistics, full tournament history, and the supporting materials that make a nomination as strong and accurate as possible.
Coaches and organizations play an important role too. By sharing nomination details with their athletes and families, they help make sure every deserving player has the opportunity to be considered.
Track Your Athlete’s Nomination Status
To keep families and coaches in the loop from start to finish, Extra Inning Softball offers a Nomination Tracker page where anyone can quickly see whether an athlete has already been nominated for the Class of 2031 National Rankings.
Only one nomination is needed per athlete. Before submitting, take a moment to check the Nomination Tracker and make sure a coach, parent, or organization hasn’t already nominated your athlete.
Everything required to complete a nomination, from required stats and supporting materials to eligibility details, can be found on the Nomination Criteria page.
