The Class of 2031 is making its way into the spotlight as nominations continue arriving from across the country for the upcoming Extra Inning Softball Regional and National Rankings.
With the November 9, 2026, nomination deadline approaching, families and coaches have an opportunity to make sure their athletes are officially entered into the rankings evaluation process.
But how can you confirm your athlete has been nominated? The Extra Inning Softball Nomination Tracker makes it easy to find out.

Updated throughout the nomination period, the tracker displays athletes whose nominations have been received, giving families and coaches a convenient way to verify submissions and follow the growing list of Class of 2031 talent. One nomination. One opportunity to be evaluated. One important deadline.
Is Your Athlete on the Tracker?
The Nomination Tracker helps eliminate one of the most common questions families ask during rankings season: Did my athlete’s nomination go through?
If her name appears on the tracker, her nomination has been received. If it doesn’t, families should check with their travel ball coach to confirm whether a submission has been completed.
Each athlete needs only ONE official nomination. Multiple submissions do not increase her chances of earning a ranking or provide an advantage during evaluation.
Parents are encouraged to communicate with their athlete’s coach before submitting. If a coach has already completed the nomination, there’s no need to submit another.

Why Class of 2031 Rankings Matter
The Class of 2031 is still early in its softball journey, but recognition today can help athletes begin building a record of their accomplishments and competitive development.
Extra Inning Softball’s rankings recognize emerging talent while providing athletes with visibility that can continue growing throughout their travel softball careers.
Every ranked athlete receives:
- A 5-star rating
- An athlete bio and photo
- Ranking recognition on her MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile
- Placement on the National Rankings Leaderboard
These features give athletes a way to document their achievements and share their recognition with the broader fastpitch community.

MyEIS360™: More Visibility During Rankings
Nominations are only one part of the evaluation process. Families can also strengthen their athlete’s visibility by creating and completing a MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile.
During the open nomination period, these profiles give the Rankings Committee another place to review accomplishments, performance information and videos uploaded by athletes and their families.
A completed profile helps evaluators gain a more comprehensive understanding of each player’s abilities and development.

Your athlete’s MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile is shareable and free for anyone to view—including college coaches and non-members—giving her an easy way to showcase her information, accomplishments and softball journey all in one place.
For Class of 2031 athletes, establishing a profile now creates a digital recruiting résumé they can continue building for years to come.
How Rankings Are Determined
Being nominated means an athlete is eligible for consideration, but a nomination does not guarantee regional or national ranking placement.
Extra Inning Softball’s SERV Methodology guides the Rankings Committee through a structured evaluation process that considers multiple aspects of an athlete’s performance, accomplishments and competitive impact.
Rather than relying on a single tournament, statistic or recommendation, the committee evaluates athletes through a broader perspective.
Class of 2031 nominees may also be introduced through Watchlist Wednesday, a series spotlighting nominated athletes ahead of the official rankings release. These features provide additional visibility but do not guarantee ranking selection.

November 9: Make Sure She’s Nominated!
The Class of 2031 nomination window closes Monday, November 9, 2026.
Before the deadline, families and coaches should visit the Nomination Tracker to confirm their athlete’s name appears on the list.
If she’s already listed, her nomination is complete. If she hasn’t been submitted, now is the time to act.
The Class of 2031 is filled with emerging talent, and every deserving athlete should have an opportunity to be considered.
