SERV™ Methodology: A Comprehensive Approach to Rankings
At Extra Inning Softball, earning a ranking requires more than impressive statistics or one standout performance.
Our SERV™ Methodology — Software, Evaluate, Research and Verify — provides a comprehensive framework for identifying and evaluating fastpitch talent nationwide.
The Rankings Committee takes an in-depth look at each nominated athlete’s competitive résumé, considering verified statistics, positional skills, tournament strength, level of competition, athletic development and overall accomplishments.
Rather than relying on a single performance, the committee evaluates each athlete’s complete body of work to determine where she stands among her peers.
Every ranking is earned, and every placement is unique. Extra Inning Softball does not award ties, ensuring each ranked athlete receives her own distinct position.
