Knoxville, Tennessee’s Lynsey Flatford (Farragut High School Family and Consumer Science Teacher) and mom to Avery Flatford (Class of 2022 Extra Elite 100 lefty pitcher) has a small business sewing business called Pookie and Boogs” on ETSY for PICC line covers and high-end baby bibs. Lynsey is using her talents and resources to protect those in need due to high demand. She is making face mask for free to doctors, nurses and EMT’s to help those on the front lines fighting the battle.
Karen Inscoe, mother of 2022 pitcher Madison Inscoe, works as a Nurse Anesthetist in Norfolk, Virginia supporting several hospitals where she performs general anesthesia, intubations and ventilator support for patients in the region.
