Few would dispute that the Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) Nationals are the pinnacle events in the world of travel ball spread out over two weeks of competition each July and August.
Each summer for the past 10 years, the PGF Nationals has featured the top club teams across the nation and has expanded to include Premier Championships age divisions at 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U and 10U and Platinum Championships at all but 10U for a total of nine titles awarded.

To participate at PGF Nationals, a team can make it in one of three ways: finish high enough the year before to earn a return berth, qualify at PGF Qualifiers or be invited based on recent success and/or how the team looks heading into the upcoming year.
Recently, the PGF office based in Huntington Beach, California extended invites to 132 teams across the five Premier age divisions. Those invites, along with the returning berths, are listed below.
These aren’t all the invites that will go out—more will be offered in the future—so teams not currently confirmed still have a chance to be invited or to play their way in.
Last year, 76 teams competed in 18U Premier, for example; with the returning berths and invites, the list is only at 31 teams so far (qualifiers will also fill up a good number of the unfilled slots).
Note that many teams age up so they may not be listed in the same age division. For example, the winner of last year’s 14U Premier title, Tennessee Mojo – Fisher, is now playing in the 16U Premier age division.
Next summer’s dates for PGF Nationals will be July 24 – August 1, 2020 (Week 1) for 18U and 16U and August 2 – August 9, 2020 (Week 2) for 14U, 12U and 10U.
