Extra Elite 100 Club Coach Rankings: #’s 30-21 (Dec. 13, 2023)

For the next week-plus, Extra Inning Softball will once again recognize those men and women who do so much to help the young fastpitch softball players live their dreams–the club coaches!

Why feature coach rankings? The same reasons we do player ones:

1. to honor those who work so hard in the sport, and
2. to bring recognition to all the good they do on the field and in the community.

Here is schedule this week for the Extra Elite 100 Club Coaches for 2023-24 (note: rankings already posted are hyperlinked on dates below):

• Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 – #’s 50-41
• Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023 – #’s 40-31
• Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023 – #’s 30-21
• Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023 – #’s 20-11
• Friday, Dec. 15, 2023 – #’s 10-1
• Monday, Dec. 18, 2023 – No. 1 ranked coach spotlight
• Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2023 – Coaches rankings revealed (51-100)

The criteria we’re looking at starts with these all being active coaches and encompasses their overall resumes including on-field accomplishments (record, championships, top finishes, longevity, player development) as well as off-field impact (presence in the community, passion and contributions to the sport).

We surveyed over 300 club coaches and asked who THEY felt were impactful and their input was factored heavily in assembling the final rankings.
