As we continue to gather research for our Extra Inning Softball All-American teams, we’re getting submissions on some pretty talented players and we’ll periodically profile some of them.
One of them was our Runner-Up National Player of the Week for May 6, 2018 when the junior from Owen Valley (Spencer, Indiana) High went 13-for-14 (a remarkable .929 average) with eight RBI, eight runs scored, six doubles and even 11 stolen bases.
But she didn’t stop there--she didn't make an error all season and only has three in her entire high school career... and that’s why Lexi Carver is a good bet to make one of our All-American teams!
