1. (1) Leander, TX (32-0)
LSU-commit Baylea Brandon and Angelo State-bound Lauren Tetreault homered and Oklahoma-commit SJ Geurin threw a no-hitter with five Ks in six innings to lead the Lions to an 11-1 win over Southwest, TX, in an Area game last Friday. Leander takes on Medina Valley, TX, in a Regional Qualifier on Saturday.
2. (2) Norco, CA (16-1)
The Cougars have won 16 straight and are 7-0 in the Big VIII League.
3. (3) Marist, IL (21-0)
Sophomore Eileen Donahue homered, tripled and drove in five runs and junior Emily Bojan doubled and drove in three runs to help the Redhawks defeat Lockport, IL, 13-0, on Tuesday in a non-conference game.
4. (4) Park Vista, FL (26-0)
The Cobras beat Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 4-3, in 10 innings on Tuesday to advance the FHSAA 7A Regional Finals against Treasure Coast, FL, on Friday.
5. (5) Mater Dei Catholic, CA (15-0)
Gisselle Garcia drove in Gigi Gonzalez with a two-out single in the bottom of the 10th to give the Crusaders a 1-0 walk-off win over Otay Ranch, CA, in a Metro Mesa League game on Friday.
6. (6) Barbers Hill, TX (33-2)
The Eagles beat Angleton, TX, 11-1 and 9-2, in the Area playoffs this past weekend. Barbers Hills takes on Friendswood, TX, in the Regional Quarterfinals on Friday.
7. (7) Lakewood Ranch, FL (27-2)
The Mustangs advance to the FHSAA 7A Regional Finals on Friday with a 15-4 victory over Newsome, FL.
8. (8) Lake Creek, TX (36-0)
Caelee Clark went 3 for 4 with a triple, three runs scored and seven RBIs in a 15-0 win over Anderson, TX, and sophomore Ava Brown pitched four no-hit innings with 10 Ks to beat Anderson, 18-0, in the Area playoffs this past weekend. Lake Creek faces Magnolia West, TX, in the Regional Quarterfinals on Saturday.
9. (9) Saint Francis, CA (15-0)
The Lancers picked up West Catholic League wins over Presentation, CA, 12-0, and Archbishop Mitty, CA, 10-1, to move to 6-0 in league play.
10. (10) Westlake, CA (12-1)
Stanford-bound Kylie Chung went 2 for 4 with a homer and five RBIs and she shtruck out 13 in six innings to help the Warriors knock off Newbury Park, CA, 14-1, to avenge their lone loss.
