Three Reasons Why You NEED a MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile

In today’s fast-moving softball world, an athlete’s accomplishments can easily become scattered across social media, tournament websites, video platforms and recruiting pages.

One highlight lives on X. A skills video is somewhere else. Rankings are published in another location. Measurables change. Awards pile up. Schedules change from season to season. MyEIS360™ Athlete Profiles bring it all together.

Created by Extra Inning Softball, MyEIS360™ Athlete Profiles gives athletes a centralized profile where their softball journey can continue to grow alongside them.

Whether an athlete is just beginning to build her name or actively navigating the recruiting process, here are three reasons every Extra Inning Softball athlete should be taking advantage of MyEIS360™ Athlete Profiles.

1. Put Your Entire Softball Story in One Place

A softball player is much more than a name, graduation year and travel team. MyEIS360™ Athlete Profiles was designed to show the bigger picture.

Athletes can build out sections including their bio, awards, rankings, schedule, highlights, media, measurables, featured video, recruiting information and additional details. Instead of expecting someone to search multiple platforms to learn about an athlete, MyEIS360 creates one destination.

That becomes increasingly valuable as an athlete develops. A 13-year-old player today will not be the same athlete two years from now. Her measurables may improve. Her team may change. New accomplishments will be added. More video will become available.

Her profile can grow with her. Your softball story shouldn’t disappear when a social media post gets buried. MyEIS360 gives it a home.

2. Give College Coaches an Easier Way to Find What Matters

College coaches have limited time. When they are evaluating athletes, making information easy to find and easy to understand matters.

A completed MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile can give coaches a quick look at the information they may want to know about an athlete—from her position and graduation year to video, measurables, accomplishments and recruiting information.

And there is an important distinction: MyEIS360 profiles are free for anyone to view.

That means an athlete can share her profile directly with coaches, organizations, family members and others throughout the softball community without requiring the viewer to purchase an Extra Inning Softball membership simply to see it. Extra Inning Softball also offers college coaches free membership access to its recruiting resources.

3. Connect Your Extra Inning Softball Recognition to YOU

This may be one of the biggest advantages of MyEIS360. Extra Inning Softball rankings recognize athletes at a particular moment in their development—but an athlete’s profile can continue telling her story long after a rankings release.

When available, Extra Inning Softball’s interactive rankings leaderboard connects athletes directly with their MyEIS360 profiles.

That creates a natural path: See the athlete. See her ranking. Learn more about her. Request your MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile today!

Rather than recognition ending with a name on a rankings list, families can use MyEIS360 to provide additional context through video, accomplishments, measurables and athlete information. And as new recognition is earned, the profile becomes an evolving record of the athlete’s journey. For athletes pursuing greater visibility, that’s powerful.

Your Profile Is Only as Strong as What You Put Into It

Simply having a MyEIS360 profile is the first step. Building it out is what makes it valuable.

Add current photos. Upload new video. Keep measurables updated. Add awards and accomplishments. Maintain your schedule. Tell us about yourself. Think of MyEIS360 as a living softball résumé. Every season brings another opportunity to make it stronger.

For the Class of 2031, the timing couldn’t be better. Class of 2031 rankings nominations are officially open, giving athletes across the country an opportunity to enter the Extra Inning Softball evaluation process.

If your athlete is being nominated, this is also the perfect time to make sure her MyEIS360™ Athlete Profile tells the complete story.
