Makayli Davis is Dominating

Makayli Davis, a 2026 pitcher and utility player for Colbert County High School in Leighton, Alabama, is proving that success in softball isn’t just about stats—it’s about heart, faith, and leadership. With a varsity career that began in seventh grade, Davis has reached over 500 strikeouts, launched 10 home runs her sophomore year, and recently threw her first perfect game.

But for Davis, it’s about more than the numbers. This article highlights her accomplishments, her goals for the future, and how she’s using softball as a platform to live out her purpose—one pitch at a time.
