The East Cobb Bullets – Biele/Heath 16U squad was one of the top teams in the country in 2019 finishing 1st at Triple Crown USA Nationals, 5th at Boulder IDT and 13th at PGF Nationals (after losing the first bracket game and winning seven straight in the Loser’s Bracket).
The team, coached by Andrew Biele and JD Heath, was absolutely loaded with 2021 standout players and many of the talented juniors have moved up to Greg Schnute’s 18U Gold team to make his group of the best in the age division.
This week three of the players on that team took official campus trips to SEC schools and all three committed—each to a different school so they’ll soon be lining up against each other!
This is in addition to already committed Bullet juniors that include pitcher Shannon Becker (Notre Dame), infielder Natalie Heath (South Carolina), pitcher Kinsey Norton (Georgia Tec) and outfielder Katie Taylor (Tennessee) and one very coveted uncommitted pitcher Lexie Delbrey who is getting heavy interest coast-to-coast.
Here’s a look at the trio who have a great shot to make the upcoming 2021 Extra Elite 100!
