GONE/GOING CAMPING
It’s a new year and this is the time before the high school season starts for most players, so they will be visiting college camps. These camps are a great opportunity for players to learn from top college coaches and players and it’s a way for them to show off their skills to potential recruiters.
Bre Hughes, a 2024 SS/2B/C, and her Birmingham Thunderbolts 2024 teammates made their way to Auburn’s camp on Friday.

Kyndal Mangahas, a 2022 SS/IF/OF for Beverly Bandits DeMarini-Richards, has been battling all fall and winter to get healthy. TLI thinks Mango looks ready to go for Kentucky’s Skills Camp this weekend.
First workout with my new brace…definitely something to get used to but almost feeling 100%. Can’t wait for the @UKsoftball camp this weekend!!! @UKCoachLawson @UKCoachHimes @coachjb_18 @CoachLee04 @BanditsRichards @LarryMercurio1 pic.twitter.com/xIeWnf3nzt

FINAL DINGER OF 2019
Who had the final dinger of 2019? It might have been Makenzie Weber, a 2022 OF/P for Midwest Speed Gold, who smashed this indoor bomb on New Year’s Eve.
