2020 Fall Record: They went 10-8-4 playing in the Scenic City Showcase, Veterans Showcase and Bolts 5-Star Exposure. They had notable wins over Hanover Lady Hornets 2023 National, Lady Dukes-Slaughter, Indiana Gators-Lynn, Louisville Stunners and Tennessee Heat and California Cruisers-Sievers/Villalobos.
Have you earned a berth/invite to PGF Nationals of Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series? They earned a berth to Tier 2 AFCS.
The Returners:
- Rachel Quinnelly (2024, P, She went 6-0 with a save in the fall and she swings a big bat)
- Lulu Castelo (2024, 1B, she plays flawless defense at 1B with big-time saves/plays)
- Ana Gore (2024, OF, a 5-foot-9 lefty known for her spectacular plays in CF and LF)
- Abby Castleberry (2023, C/OF, in 305.2 career innings behind the plate for Coach Bilz, she only has seven passed balls)
- Sydney Spayd (2023, 3B, a leader of the infield and the team, she bats third with big-time power and a high softball IQ)
- Anna Baldwin (2023, C/2B, a high softball IQ behind the dish, she’s battling back from injury)
- Alexis Monroe (2023, IF, a talented MIF with speed, she’s a gap hitter with power that batted .382 in the fall)
- Cece Smith (2023, P, throws in the low 60s with movement, she had 41 Ks in 33 IP in the fall and she batted .425 with two HRs and 15 RBIs)
- Leela Langston (2024, C/OF, a 5-foot-9 catcher with a big arm and solid speed)
The Newcomers:
- Ella Janish (2023, P/2B, an extremely talented athlete who batted .405 with four HRs and 13 RBIs in the fall. She’s battled back from injury in 2020, is fully cleared to pitch and is expected to make an impact in the circle)
- Maddie Hobby (2023, OF, a triple threat from the left side of the plate, high softball IQ, fast in the OF and takes charge)
- Kaytlin Stacey (2023, OF, has made some spectacular plays in the OF, rocket for an arm and she batted .343 with 14 runs scored)
- Katelyn Boman (2023, SS, a fearless player with confidence that makes diving catches and backhands in the 5/6 hole at SS)
- Madison Davis (2024, 2B/OF, she batted a team-high .436 in the fall, very quick and a selfless player)
What will it take for your team to be successful this season?
They have to continue to support one another and lift each other up as we did in the fall, fight until the very end and leave it all out of the field. This fall was fun to watch this team. They are fast, powerful and work together.
