Alex George didn’t arrive at youth softball by accident. His journey into coaching began six years ago, not from a résumé built on the diamond, but from a front-row seat to leadership, energy, and belief—qualities that now define Wildcats Laukat 10U.
“I started coaching softball six years ago as an assistant on my oldest daughter’s 10U All-Star team,” George shared. “I was surrounded by incredible leaders who showed me how powerful the right energy can be. Fell in love with the process and never looked back.”
That belief in energy, culture, and accountability has quietly turned Wildcats Laukat 10U into one of the most intentional developmental programs in Southern California youth softball.
