The heavy pursuit of one of the top transfers in college softball appears to be over.
Miranda Elish, who has had a great college career already pitching first for Oregon and then at Texas–both universities were Mike White has been the head coach–has chosen Oklahoma State based on a social media post released by Fastpitch Network this morning:

Miranda sat out the 2021 season due to concerns for COVID which she addressed in a statement released by Texas in January:

In 2020, she recorded a 11-3 record with a 1.25 ERA and 96 strikeouts. One of the highlights of the season was a perfect game she threw in her final appearance of the spring.
As a junior in 2019 for the Longhorns, Miranda went 18-10 with a 1.81 ERA over 37 appearances with 29 starts, 20 complete games, 11 solo shutouts and had 226 strikeouts over a team-high 185.1 innings pitched.
The two prior years, Miranda was at Oregon where she was a 2nd Team All-American in 2018 her sophomore year after going 25-2 with a 1.20 ERA and had 249 K’s in 175.0 innings. As a freshman in 2016, she went 12-0 with a 1.79 ERA and helped the Ducks win 35 games in a row.
Prior to college, Miranda was a three-time Indiana Gatorade State Player of the Year honoree and was named by Extra Inning Softball’s Brentt Eads as the No. 1 player in the Class of 2016.
In her club career she played for the Beverly Bandits and won a 2013 PGF Nationals title at 16U age division.
