Over the last year we’ve ranked the players in the Classes of 2018 through 2023 in our Extra Elite 100 (and beyond) lists going, in some cases, 500-players deep.
This week we ranked the players in each of the current classes by the following position groups: Pitchers, Catchers, Infielders and Outfielders.
Here is the schedule for each grad year done previously this week:
- Mon., July 1: Class of 2023
- Tues., July 2: Class of 2022
- Wed., July 3: Class of 2021
- Thu., July 4: Class of 2020
- Fri., July 5: Class of 2019
Many players can compete at multiple positions; for example, a current college standout like Charla Echols played third base primarily at the club level, was a catcher at Michigan State this year as a freshman and next spring will play third at Florida.
We placed the players at the positions we feel they are mostly likely to take the field; however, if you feel a player is listed at a secondary position, let us know and we will look to update in future rankings. Same if the club or college team listed is incorrect.
