Reviewing the Recruiting Classes: Atlantic Coast Conference

The Atlantic Coast Conference is quickly establishing itself as one of the top softball playing leagues in the country. No longer just Florida State, the ACC features plenty of firepower from Clemson, Duke, Virginia Tech and Notre Dame.

Additionally, Louisville finished fourth in the ACC standings last spring and secured a top-35 recruiting class this season, while Georgia Tech had the top-ranked class in the conference at seventh.

All told, 12 ACC schools produced recruiting classes ranked in the top 60 nationally led by Georgia Tech.

Florida State, Notre Dame, Clemson, Duke, Virginia Tech, Virginia, Louisville, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Boston College and Syracuse all ranked in the top 60.

Extra Inning Softball provides a look at the recruiting classes for each of the programs in the ACC.
