Final Extra Elite Eighty 14U Club Rankings: Complete List #’s 1-80 (June 15, 2021)

Today, we wrap up the 14U club rankings with the complete list of teams rated #’s 1-80.

Here are the Top 80 team rankings with team bios and photos for the Top 50 that were unveiled last week:

• Team #’s 51-80
• Team #’s 50-41
• Team #’s 40-31
• Team #’s 30-21
• Team #’s 20-11
• Team #’s 10-1

These lists include a mixture of second and first year 14U teams with the intention of projecting how the teams will perform over time, especially in key summer events.

Teams were selected based on performances and results in events over the last year, including last winter and fall (understanding that showcase events are more for recruiting exposure and don’t necessarily reflect a team’s abilities), as well as how they project for the summer with the talent returning and the addition of impactful new ones for the upcoming run at Nationals.

Input was acquired by the Extra Inning Softball staff watching teams and players in person as well as insights provided by club and college coaches across the country.

This is our third Extra Elite Eighty club rankings for the year: previously we have published Extra Elite Eighty club rankings for the 18U and 16U age divisions. Coming up next: the 12U club rankings (later this summer… schedule TBD)!
