I Committed: Jillian Torres Joins the Fighting Irish

Jillian Torres, an outfielder for the BSC Bengals, will continue playing ball at the University of Notre Dame.

Jillian Torres accepted an offer to continue her academic and athletic career playing softball at the University of Notre Dame while on a Zoom call with the Fighting Irish’s coaching staff last month.

“I am so grateful to all of the coaches who have believed in me and have helped me along this journey. My biggest fans and supporters are my parents and my brother, who have been there for me throughout my process. I am so looking forward to playing softball and getting a great education at Notre Dame,” shared the outfielder for the BSC Bengals 18U Briggs. “Notre Dame has been my dream school for years. I love the coaches and the true ‘family’ culture they have developed. Additionally, the team plays in the ACC, which is a very competitive conference.”
