Next Top Recruits, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, began with Coach Ken Carlyle‘s humble start coaching a Rec league All-Star team. Over the past four years, Carlyle has diligently grown the organization to encompass 14 teams spanning ages 8 to 18u, strategically positioned across North Carolina. This growth underscores Carlyle’s commitment to nurturing young talent and providing a pathway to collegiate softball careers. Each team within the organization benefits from Carlyle’s extensive coaching experience and his dedication to player development, ensuring that every athlete progresses significantly under his mentorship.
