The Spring high school season has ended, or will soon be ending, in states across the country but we continue to honor standouts as part of our Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week program.
The honoree will be announced each week, usually on Tuesdays, with the deadline for submitting the nominations each Monday at 3 pm EST/noon PST.
This week’s action should be from Sunday, May 17, 2022 through the end of today–Saturday, May 21, 2022.
We’re looking for standouts who excelled in the circle, at the plate or in the field so be sure to nominate your favorite performance(s) by submitting the following:
- Player Name
- Grad Year (example: Class of 2022 or Senior)
- Position(s)
- High school team name with city/state
- Stats for the week (be as detailed as possible!)
- Up-to-date season stats if possible
- Recruiting information if applicable
- Any interesting background on the player
- Action and/or head shots
- If possible, contact info if we’d like more info or quotes
