Tell us about your travel team/organization and how you became involved with them? I play with LTG and the team is coached by Joe Henderson and Cat Carrisosa. I tried out for LTG in the fall of 2021. During tryouts, I loved the energy and the vibe of the girls. I felt like I instantly clicked with Coach Cat. LTG is a great organization and has made me a better player and person. It doesn’t hurt to have the cleanest uniforms either, the white with orange pinstripes are 🔥🔥🔥

Tell us about your high school team and how you are doing? My High school team is doing extremely well this season and we are ranked #5 in the state (according to MaxPreps)! We have an amazing defense working behind our ace pitcher and our offense is productive one through nine. I am proud to be a captain and considered a leader on this team as a sophomore. I am excited for the remainder of the season and believe we can make a run in the (CIF) CCS playoffs.

Can you tell us about your experience at PGF Nationals last summer? I have been blessed to experience PGF Nationals for the past two years. The week we spend with our team is unforgettable and we make so many awesome memories with each other. I look forward to it every year and can’t wait to go this July!

What tournament/showcase/event are you looking forward to this summer and why? I am most looking forward to the (Triple Crown) Colorado Sparkler. I was not able to attend this tournament last year, but the feedback I got from my teammates is making me extremely excited to attend this year. I know this is a huge tournament for recruiting and I am thrilled to showcase my skills in front of the top colleges.

Which player/team was your toughest opponent and why? I would say our toughest opponent was Beverly Bandits-Conroy. Their pitching was solid and the lineup was filled with amazing athletes.

What are you looking for in a future college? Somewhere I can learn and grow as an athlete, student and human. I want to be in a happy and healthy environment. Ultimately, I want college to lead me in the right pathway for my future career.

What areas are you interested in future occupations and why? I am not quite sure which career I want to pursue just yet, however, mechanical engineering and agricultural mechanics interest me.

Who is your sports hero and why? Some of my biggest sports heros are my previous coaches, Samantha Salter, Whitney Massey and Kiki Pepi. All three of them were instrumental in my development and creating my love for the game. They were all former D1 athletes and I have always looked up to them.

What’s the best hype song and why? The best hype song is “Tell Me When To Go” by E-40. This is my walk-up song for high school and gets me locked in and ready to go for my At-Bat.

What’s your favorite TV show to binge and why? My favorite TV show to binge is “Golden Girls” because my mom and I have movie/TV nights together and we both love that show.

Do you have a secret talent/skill? I don’t really have a particular skill or special talent, but I did eat 16 tacos at a party one time!
