For softball players, long weekends at the fields often mean hours under the sun, layers of sweat and dirt, and little time to think about skin care between games. But according to Utah esthetician Teri Sorenson, taking care of your skin is just as important as taking care of your body.
Sorenson, owner of Willow Day Spa, has spent years helping clients manage everything from acne to anti-aging concerns. She also understands athletes firsthand. Her daughter, Sydni Sorenson, played Division I softball at Southern Utah University, giving Sorenson a close look at the unique skin challenges softball athletes face throughout their careers.
